Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Permanent Electrician to join our dynamic Engineering team. Travel 60-75%. Work schedule is between 6 am and 6 pm, Monday through Friday, and may vary based on customer demands and can include nights, weekends, and holidays.
This position involves the maintenance, repair, and installation of electrical systems and equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety. If you are reliable and detail-oriented with strong communication skills, we want to hear from you.

$35.00/hr - $78.00/hr

Key responsibilities
- Maintains current licensing and training requirements.
- Analyzes blueprints effectively and utilizes such information on the jobsite.
- Installs, maintains, and/or troubleshoots basic electrical systems in compliance with the National Electric Code (NEC).
- Demonstrates ability to layout conduit systems, various lighting systems, basic control systems, and feeders.
- Participates in toolbox talks, safety audits, and related safety functions.
- Provides technical assistance to other field employees as needed.
- Provides direction, training, and mentorship to Helpers/Apprentices.
- Installs conduit systems, various lighting systems, and basic control systems.
- Installs motor feeders and makes standard motor connections.
- Works as a member of a cohesive team while demonstrating the ability to work without direct supervision.
- Cleans and maintains job site, tools, and vehicles.
- Maintains compliance with all OSHA, Faith Technologies, and customer-specific safety requirements and promptly identifies, reports, or corrects unsafe acts, conditions, or incidents.
- Actively participates in Faith’s hiring referral and mentoring program, as appropriate.
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Machine Maintenance Tech with a passion for problem-solving.
- Ability to read and analyze blueprints; ability to layout conduit, lighting, and control systems; basic motor connections.
- Commitment to safety and compliance with NEC, OSHA, and customer-specific requirements.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of effective communication; able to work well in a team and mentor others.
