Position: Full-time Electrician Opportunity
Travel: 60-75%
Work schedule: 6 am – 6 pm, Monday through Friday. May vary based on customer demands and can include nights, weekends, and holidays.
Base pay range: $35.00/hr - $78.00/hr

Overview
You will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and installation of electrical systems and equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Machine Maintenance Tech and a passion for problem-solving. This position offers an opportunity to showcase technical expertise in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain current licensing and training requirements.
- Analyze blueprints and use them on the jobsite.
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot basic electrical systems in compliance with the National Electric Code (NEC).
- Layout conduit systems, lighting systems, basic control systems, and feeders.
- Participate in toolbox talks, safety audits, and related safety functions.
- Provide technical assistance to other field employees as needed.
- Provide direction, training, and mentorship to helpers/apprentices.
- Install conduit systems, lighting systems, basic control systems, and motor feeders; make standard motor connections.
- Work as a member of a cohesive team with the ability to work without direct supervision.
- Clean and maintain the job site, tools, and vehicles.
- Maintain compliance with OSHA, Faith Technologies, and customer-specific safety requirements; identify, correct, and report unsafe acts or conditions.
- Actively participate in Faith’s hiring referral and mentoring program, as appropriate.
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
Qualifications & Expectations
- Strong technical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on electrical systems maintenance.
- Experience with machine maintenance and electrical installations in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical diagrams.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
