Your New Role
Located in Fort Wayne, IN (servicing Northeast Indiana), you’ll:
Direct, supervise, and coordinate daily work for journeymen, apprentices, and subcontractors
Ensure project timelines, productivity, and quality standards are met
Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and specifications
Manage material inventory, tools, and equipment to minimize downtime
Perform or oversee installation, testing, troubleshooting, and quality control of electrical systems
Maintain strict safety standards following OSHA, NEC, and company policies
Conduct daily safety talks and job hazard assessments (JHAs)
Maintain accurate daily reports, timecards, and material logs
Attend coordination meetings and collaborate with GCs, trades, and inspectors
Operate and supervise the safe use of lifts, trenchers, benders, threaders, and hand/power tools

Must hold a valid Journeyman license
Preferred: Master Electrician license
3+ years of electrical foreman or lead experience
Strong leadership and supervisory skills
Deep knowledge of NEC, local codes, and electrical best practices
Proficient in conduit bending, terminations, gear installation, wire pulling, and troubleshooting
Experience with fire alarm, low voltage, lighting control, and power distribution systems
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and project specifications
Excellent communication and coordination abilities
Commitment to safety and jobsite professionalism
Capable of operating lifts, trenchers, and various trade-specific tools
