Job Overview
We are looking to immediately hire a Florida licensed Journeyman Electrician. We are located in Clearwater, FL. Our ideal candidate will have experience in both residential and commercial electrical work, with a strong understanding of electrical systems and wiring. This is a full-time position that offers competitive pay and benefit packages.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures in accordance with relevant codes and regulations.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with electrical systems using tools such as voltmeters and other diagnostic equipment.
• Work collaboratively with other tradespeople on construction sites to ensure timely project completion.
• Renovate existing electrical systems as needed to improve efficiency or comply with updated safety standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems to ensure proper functioning.
• Replace electrical panels. 
• Utilize power tools safely and effectively.
• Underground locating and piping.

Experience

• Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent certification.
• Verifiable experience working as an Electrician.
• Knowledge of NEC guidelines and commercial electrical systems.
• Familiarity with high voltage systems and safety protocols associated with their use.
• Proficiency in frame carpentry for renovation projects.

Schedule

• 8-hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• 40 hours a week, unless overtime is needed
