Baptist Health is looking for a Human Resources Specialist to join our team in New Albany, IN. The Human Resources Specialist is responsible for execution of the new hire onboarding process to promote a positive employee experience consistent with Baptist Health's mission, vision, and values. Serves as an ambassador of hospital recognition programs and events. Additionally, the HR Specialist assists with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources' functions and duties.

Requirements:

• Associate Degree preferred
• Previous experience in HR or department administrative support role preferred
• Previous experience with coordination of large events preferred
