Base pay range
$25.00/hr - $38.00/hr
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist for a temporary, full-time assignment with a manufacturing company located in Orlando, FL. This role is ideal for an HR professional with strong generalist skills and prior experience supporting hourly employees in a production or manufacturing setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day HR functions including employee relations, onboarding, and compliance
- Manage new hire orientation and assist with hourly recruitment
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR processes are followed
- Partner with supervisors and managers to resolve employee issues
- Support benefits, timekeeping, and attendance tracking
- Assist with policy enforcement and basic investigations
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of HR generalist experience
- Must have prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of HR best practices and employment law
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
