The People & Culture (HR) Generalist performs HR-related duties on a professional level. This position is responsible for human resources operations including recruiting, employment processing, records management, retention, event management, communication, engagement, and compliance of the organization. This role reports to the Director of People & Culture.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with management to communicate and monitor People & Culture policies and procedures.
• Assist with region-wide employee communication and work cross-functionally with marketing and global communications.
• Prepare headcount reports and maintain accurate organizational charts.
• Ensure accurate HRIS data entry and employee record maintenance.
• Prepare and analyze reports necessary for department and company functions.
• Answer employee inquiries and provide training on HRIS usage.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment: defining roles, sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, extending offers, onboarding new hires, coordinating with staffing agencies, and managing employee exits.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and advise management accordingly.
• Manage the yearly HR event calendar and related duties.
• Lead employee engagement volunteer meetings.
• Maintain confidentiality of company information.
• Perform additional responsibilities as needed.
