Overview:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented HR Generalist with a strong focus on benefits administration to join our team. This role is responsible for managing and administering employee benefits programs while supporting a wide range of HR functions within a fast-paced staffing environment. The HR Generalist will work closely with employees, management, and external partners to ensure compliance, provide guidance, and deliver excellent employee support.
What Youll Do:
- Administer health, dental, vision, retirement, and wellness benefit programs.
- Guide employees through benefit options, enrollment, and eligibility.
- Partner with brokers/vendors during open enrollment and renewals.
- Ensure compliance with ACA, COBRA, FMLA, HIPAA, and other regulations.
- Support HR processes including onboarding, payroll deductions, and employee relations.
- Assist managers and employees across our staffing teams with HR and benefits questions.
What Were Looking For:
- 2+ years of HR experience, with strong knowledge of benefits administration.
- Familiarity with staffing or high-volume hiring environments a plus.
- Solid understanding of compliance and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
