Base pay range
$65,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr

Summary
As a Human Resources Generalist at Nobu, you will play a vital role in supporting our HR and some accounting functions and initiatives. This position is essential for fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring that our employees are engaged and supported in their roles.
Responsibilities
- Process onboarding for new hires, including I9 management, benefits administration and 401k program.
- File and maintain all employee files in Paycom.
- Handle all employee relations matters with management support, ie: investigations, disciplinary actions and terminations.
- Oversee all government related tasks for employees, ie: wage garnishments, unemployment, etc.
- Handle all workers comp claims.
- Support all leave management ie: FMLA, LOA, etc
- Manage PTO policy for all employees onsite.
- Oversee all required trainings and certifications for all employees.
- Accounting responsibilities: Count daily cash deposits, Prepare deposit bags, Record cash and tips in R365 and tip sheet daily, file and maintain tip sheets.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- 2-3 years as an HR Generalist preferably in the restaurant industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, Federal, City and State employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with Paycom a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
