HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST
Work Location: INCATech Office ONSITE, Reston VA
Responsibilities
INCATech is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to provide full-time support to executive leadership on-site at our Reston, VA office. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for:
- Administer and coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Support performance management processes and maintain employee evaluation records
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and HR programs
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Conduct and document investigations related to employee relations issues
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Coordinate employee training and development initiatives
- Administer benefits programs and support annual open enrollment
- Maintain Paycor HRIS and ensure accurate employee data and documentation
- Generate HR reports and metrics as needed
- Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS
Related Qualifications
- Self-motivated, well-organized, strong interpersonal skills, attention to details.
- 3+ years of experience in Human Resources position and at least 1 year of recruiting experience
- Experience administering employee benefit plans, recruitment, and compensation plans
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (STRONG preference for experience with Paycor HRIS)).
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (AHRM-SCP)
