Human Resources Generalist

Location(s): Anchorage, AK Salary: $46/hour FLSA: Non-Exempt Employment Status: Full-Time Number of Positions: 1 Summary: Under the direction of the Human Resources Manager, the HR Generalist will assist with all HR activities, including, but not limited to, the following: recruitment, benefits administration, employee relations, retention, compensation, credentialing, new-hire orientation, training, and development.

Qualifications: BA Degree in Human Resources or a related field. PHR Preferred. If not, 2-4 years experience is required. Computer skills required: word processing, Excel, PowerPoint, and HRIS Work Hours: The hours of work are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with an hour for lunch. This is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week and working 1950 hours a year. Chugachmiut maintains a non-smoking and drug/alcohol-free work environment. There may be occasional travel to the villages of the region, must be willing and able to travel in light aircraft.
