Summary

Under

the

direction

of

the

Human

Resources

Manager,

the

HR

Generalist

will

assist

with

all

HR activities, including, but not limited to, the following: recruitment, benefits administration, employee relations, retention, compensation, credentialing, new-hire orientation, training, and

development.

Qualifications

BA

Degree

in

Human

Resources

or

a

related

field.

PHR

Preferred.

If

not,

2-4

Experience

is

required.

Computer

Skills

processing,

Excel, PowerPoint,

and

HRIS

Work

Hours

The hours of work are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with an hour for lunch. This is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week and working 1950 hours a year. Chugachmiut maintains a non- smoking

and

drug/alcohol-free

work

environment.

There

may

be

occasional

travel

to

the

villages of the region, must be willing and able to travel in light aircraft.
