We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Specialist to join a team in Honolulu, Hawaii. Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations activities.
• Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Utilize ADP Workforce Now to manage payroll, employee data, and HR systems efficiently.
• Provide guidance and support to employees regarding workplace policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with leadership to address and resolve employee concerns effectively.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies through regular audits and reviews.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies to support organizational goals.
• Facilitate training sessions and development programs to enhance employee performance.
• Maintain accurate records and generate reports using HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Support organizational initiatives related to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR role or similar position.
• Proficiency in using ADP Workforce Now for HR management functions.
• Strong knowledge of employee benefits administration and compliance regulations.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with employees and leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive employee relations matters with discretion.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and reporting.
• Solid understanding of HR best practices.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a dynamic work environment.
