POSITION WILL BE OPEN UNTIL FILLED. APPLICATIONS WILL BE REVIEWED EVERY TWO WEEKS. Beltrami County is creating an eligibility list for a full-time Human Resources Director. The successful applicant will direct and coordinate the day to day business of the Human Resources Department in accordance with policies and goals as determined by the County Board and County Administrator. Performs complex professional work planning, leading, coordinating, and directing the activities of the Human Resources Department for all County staff, developing and managing policies and procedures, ensuring legal compliance, overseeing risk management, and related work as apparent or assigned. Departmental supervision is exercised over all personnel within the department. Work is performed under the general direction of the County Administrator. Salary range is $51.65 to $66.71 per hour.
