The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a comprehensive understanding of human capital management practices.

Responsibilities

• Administer employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Oversee employee evaluation processes and performance management initiatives.
• Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
• Ensure compliance with FMLA and other employment and labor laws.
• Facilitate change management processes within the organization to support strategic planning goals.
• Handle employee relations issues effectively, promoting a positive workplace culture.
• Administer benefits programs and assist employees with benefits-related inquiries.
• Utilize HRIS systems such as BambooHR for data entry and workforce management.
• Conduct data collection and analysis to inform HR strategies and decision-making.
• Maintain accurate records of contracts, payroll information, and other HR documentation.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in human resources roles with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
• Familiarity with ATS systems such as BambooHR is advantageous.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies to support HR initiatives effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Experience with social media management for recruitment purposes is a plus.
