The Human Resources Manager position is located at our Cher-Make facility. When you join the Cher-Make team, you\'ll become part of the Lakeside Foods corporate family. Our Human Resources Manager offers a team-oriented individual the opportunity to be responsible for providing proactive human resources leadership and expertise which promotes an engaging, productive, and cohesive culture and enhances the value of human capital. What you\'ll do: Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law. Develops a positive working relationship with leaders and engaging culture to facilitate change and reinforce company values. Builds effective relationships with functional leadership to understand their business goals and to proactively identify and implement solutions that align with organizational strategies. What you\'ll bring: a bachelor\'s degree in human resource management or related field plus a minimum of three years of human resource management experience preferred. Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulatory compliance with EEOC, FMLA, ADA, HIPAA, FLSA, and other state or federal laws. Experience working in a manufacturing facility strongly desired.
