Responsibilities
What you’ll do: Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law. Develops a positive working relationship with leaders and an engaging culture to facilitate change and reinforce company values. Builds effective relationships with functional leadership to understand their business goals and to proactively identify and implement solutions that align with organizational strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or related field
- Minimum of three years of human resource management experience
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulatory compliance with EEOC, FMLA, ADA, HIPAA, FLSA, and other state or federal laws
- Experience working in a manufacturing facility strongly desired
