Bask Gili Meno is a luxury island resort with 45 villas and several F&B outlets currently seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to successfully strengthen our opening team.
A Human Resources Manager is primarily responsible for managing and ensuring the efficient administration of the Human Resources department, which includes recruitment, compensation and benefits administration, payroll, consistent implementation of HR policies and procedures, employee relations and engagement programs, and performance management. This role provides each department with the professional support necessary to achieve their departmental objectives while ensuring an exceptional team members experience. The Human Resources Manager is accountable for ensuring a proactive human resources culture aligned with the hotel business objectives.
Job Description
- Overseeing and managing the Human Resources department administration.
- Manage end-to-end payroll process while overseeing the attendance process.
- Assist in leading the HR functions relating to HR budget, manning, employee relations and benefits, performance management, and other related HR functions.
- Overseeing Recruitment process while managing the leadership recruitment.
- Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies and procedures, applicable legislation, and local labour law.
- Handling end-to-end disciplinary process & conducting investigations as required.
- Leading the Team Members engagement Survey process while uploading and monitoring action plans.
- Leading the ‘Welcome Aboard’ program and the HR orientation for new joiners.
- Managing the Performance management process followed by talent reviews and succession planning.
- Overseeing and leading the Team Members’ accommodation.
- Overseeing the team members’ HR services such as Team Members’ Restaurant, Transport Service, Heart of the House audit, and various committees.
- Working closely with department heads with a collaborative approach on their manning requests, team member challenges and concerns, or any other department related requirements.
- Leading the engagement program at the hotel, which consists of team benefits and training initiatives while fostering the recognition best practices at the workplace.
- Responsible for the HR social media channels as part of the employer branding.
- Leading a positive work culture while ensuring compliance is adhered to, and team members feel respected, valued, and recognized.

You should be an enthusiastic HR Professional, with a strong focus on organization and structure while never losing focus of the business aspect of the company.
A strong generalist HR experience with a proven track record of success developing and deploying HR strategies that have truly influenced hospitality effectiveness.
Traveling single or Lombok resident.
Resort Pre-opening experience is a definite plus.
Well versed in Indonesia’s employment laws.
Computer literate and working knowledge of HRMS software like Talenta.
