Job Description

Human Resources Coordinator – Elgin, IL

$60,000 – $70,000 annually + Free Benefits, PTO, 401K

We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator with a strong emphasis on recruiting to join our HR team. In this role, your primary responsibility will be managing recruiting efforts across the organization, while also supporting a variety of HR functions. This is a great opportunity to build well-rounded HR experience while making a direct impact on our company’s growth.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for customer service, operations, sales, and professional positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, advise on recruitment strategies, and ensure an efficient hiring process
• Write and post job descriptions across multiple platforms to attract qualified candidates and build a strong employer brand
• Support new hire onboarding, including preparing paperwork, conducting orientations, and ensuring a smooth transition into the company
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), generate reports on recruiting activity, and help track key HR metrics
• Assist with employee relations matters, including documentation, investigations, and day-to-day employee support
• Help coordinate training sessions across departments and manage learning management system (LMS) activities when needed
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and employment laws, maintaining accurate and organized records
• Contribute to broader HR initiatives that promote employee engagement, retention, and a positive workplace culture
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 1+ year of human resources experience, with exposure to full-cycle recruiting
• Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and time management
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems
• A proactive and team-oriented approach
