LADACIN (Lifetime Assistance for Developmental and Challenging Individual Needs) has been in the business for 70 years and is a non-profit agency whose mission is to provide a continuum of care, including educational, therapeutic, social, residential, and support services to infants, children, and adults with complex physical and developmental disabilities or delays.

Duties

Immediate part-time position assisting with day to day operations of recruiting and human resources. GED or High School diploma required. Perform a variety of basic personnel related clerical duties that include but not limited to:

  • Provide full cycle recruiting services in the Human Resources Department.
  • Responsible for all recruitment activities including job postings, job blasts, job sourcing, resume screening, conduct initial interview, create offer letters, and job fairs.
  • Conduct background checks and employment verifications.
  • Work with various spreadsheets and databases.
  • Maintain a professional atmosphere in the general office area and in contact with the public and other Agency locations.
  • Oversee intern onboarding process.
  • Wellness event planning.
  • Data entry, scanning, filing and other clerical duties as assigned.
  • Special projects.
  • Stay abreast of changing HR laws and regulations for compliance.
  • Comply with Agency Policies and Procedures and Code of Ethics.

Requirements

Must have at least 1 year of recruiting and human resources background.

Candidates only interested part-time work.
