Nicasa Behavioral Health Services is seeking a skilled and mission-driven Human Resources Generalist to support our team in Round Lake, IL. This role plays a vital part in maintaining a positive workplace culture and ensuring HR operations run smoothly across the organization.

Base pay range
$25.00/hr - $28.00/hr

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for staff and interns
- Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires
- Build and maintain partnerships with schools to support intern recruitment
- Assist managers with employee relations, performance management, coaching, and terminations
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain accurate employee records
- Manage HRIS data through Paylocity
- Support recruitment and employer branding via social media
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of human resources experience preferred
- Experience with HRIS systems; Paylocity strongly preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with using social media for recruitment is a plus
