Job Description: Human Resources Generalist

Location: St. Louis, MO, 63146

The Human Resources (HR) Generalist plays a critical role in managing various HR functions within the organization. This versatile professional acts as a central point of contact for employees and managers, covering a broad range of HR tasks, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and compliance. They contribute to a positive and efficient work environment by ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes and supporting both administrative and strategic HR initiatives. This is an in office roll located in Maryland Heights, Missouri.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Managing the recruitment process and facilitating the onboarding of new hires.
  • Employee Relations and Engagement: Serving as a point of contact for employees, addressing concerns, managing employee relations issues, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Administering employee benefits and payroll.
  • HR Compliance and Policy Implementation: Ensuring compliance with employment laws and implementing HR policies.
  • Performance Management: Supporting the performance management process and assisting managers with performance issues.
  • Training and Development: Coordinating and delivering HR-related training programs.
  • HR Administration and Reporting: Maintaining employee records and preparing HR reports.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail..
  • Strong problem-solving skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • SHRM certification.
  • Prior experience in a technology industry.
  • Familiarity with Paycor.
