Position Overview:

We’re seeking an experienced, hands-on HR professional to oversee all human resource functions at our busy Las Vegas office. You’ll work closely with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support our firm's goals, ensure compliance, and foster a positive, inclusive work environment. Legal industry experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Administer employee benefits and compensation programs
• Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws
• Coordinate performance management and employee development
• Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on HR best practices
• Support firm culture initiatives and employee engagement activities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (HR certification a plus)
• 3+ years of HR management experience (law firm or professional services preferred)
• Strong understanding of employment law and HR compliance
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
