Responsibilities

  1. Oversee the posting of open positions, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and conduct background checks.
  2. Facilitate both employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including conducting new hire orientations and exit interviews.
  3. Assist with the employee's benefits enrollment.
  4. Ensure the approval of employee timecards by managers in a timely manner.
  5. Address inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and programs.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  2. Prior experience in Human Resources is preferred.
  3. Demonstrated understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  4. Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  5. Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  7. Fluency in Korean is required.
