Extension is seeking a Manager of HR Advisors for a direct hire opportunity with one of our clients located in Oconomowoc, WI.

Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR Advisors, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Serve as a player-coach, providing both team leadership and direct HR advisory support.
• Partner with supervisors and managers on employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
• Guide leaders through progressive discipline, investigations, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure consistency in HR policies, procedures, and compliance with federal/state laws.
• Support audits and regulatory reviews, including Joint Commission and state surveys.
• Conduct employee check-ins, exit interviews, and stay interviews to enhance engagement and retention.
• Provide guidance on immigration, sponsorships, and visa-related processes.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of HR experience with 2+ years in a supervisory or manager role.
• Experience in a hospital or behavioral health environment required.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, compliance, and HR best practices.
• Workday and UKG experience preferred.
• Hands-on, player-coach leadership style.

Salary Information

• $92,000 – $120,000/year + bonus
