Detailed Description:
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the HR department and carrying out various responsibilities, including but not limited to the following functional areas: recruiting, onboarding, training, benefits, preparing reports, and document drafting.
- Coordinate talent acquisition processes with hiring managers and assist with recruitment tasks
- Complete the onboarding process of new employees from the application and related paperwork/tasks to new hire orientation
- Manage recruiting workflow in Applicant Tracking System, including online assessments, employment offers, pre-employment tests, I-9 compliance, and all correspondence with candidates
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
- Screen candidate's resumes and job applications
- Manage recruitment activities
- Assist managers with reviewing job descriptions
- Maintain HCM system records and department tracking files, ensuring timely and accurate records
- Assist with administering the company's learning management system (LMS)
- Assist in drafting and updating the company's policies, procedures and standards under a supervisor's oversight
- Assist with employee relation initiatives to enhance retention efforts
- Assist in conducting exit interviews and process required termination paperwork
- Other duties as assigned

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Coordinate talent acquisition processes with hiring managers and assist with recruitment tasks
- Complete the onboarding process of new employees from the application and related paperwork/tasks to new hire orientation
- Manage recruiting workflow in Applicant Tracking System, including online assessments, employment offers, pre-employment tests, I-9 compliance, and all correspondence with candidates
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.

- A four-year bachelor's degree, preferred in Human Resources or Business Administration
- Will accept experience in lieu of a degree
- Strong self-motivation, a team player, and a quick learner
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Adobe editor
- Must be detail-oriented and able to take multitask
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced working environment
- Must be passionate about working in HR.
- Requires prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be agile and able to work efficiently in space-limited areas
- Consistently work at a productive pace
- May be required to lift up to 15 pounds at one time
