Titus Talent Strategies is an approved partner of Rine Landscape Group and we are seeking a dynamic HR Generalist who has a love for recruitment! The ideal candidate will be BILINGUAL SPANISH. The HR Generalist/Recruiter will be responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, payroll and benefits, company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their human resource needs.
Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Craft compelling job descriptions and manage postings across strategic job boards
- Oversee recruiting budgets and maintain up-to-date hiring pipelines
- Review applications, conduct first-round interviews, and manage the candidate experience
- Build relationships with career centers and educational institutions
- Coordinate all aspects of onboarding, including offers, background checks, and logistics
- Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and applicable laws
Training, Development & Performance
- Assist in creating Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) and coordinate onboarding and compliance training
- Support ongoing skills development and track training completions
- Maintain performance review schedules and help track metrics
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Participate in employee relations matters and support feedback efforts
- Help implement recognition programs and manage internal HR communications
People Operations
- Manage employee life-cycle documentation and use HR software to streamline tasks
- Support performance management, maintain SOPs, and manage benefits administration
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
Compliance & Records
- Maintain compliant application files and stay informed on employment law changes
- Administer leaves of absence and ensure OSHA and safety compliance
- Update employee handbook and maintain compliant employee files
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
- 3+ years' of experience working in Human Resources
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
