Kratos has an opportunity for a Human Resources Administrator who performs a variety of general personnel/clerical tasks in such areas as employee records, benefits, education/training, employment, compensation, and onboarding new hires and equal employment opportunity. Maintains both manual and automated personnel records, collects and compiles sensitive and confidential personnel statistics and prepares reports. In accordance with procedures, it provides information to authorized people and/or agencies. Provides information to all levels of employees regarding personnel policies and procedures. Provides the first tier of support for employees' questions and provides information to authorized people. Completes forms and/or inputs data into HRIS, such as employee benefit election forms. Generates standard and simple ad hoc reports. Maintains personnel and other files. Prepares correspondence for signature, such as onboarding documents. Leads the summer internship program. Performs a variety of other clerical/administrative tasks, such as filing, scheduling appointments and meetings, setting up conference rooms, and answering telephones.

  • HS Diploma
  • Previous entry-level HR or Administrative role
  • Great attention to detail, note taking skills, organization skills

The grade-based pay range for this job is listed below. Individual salaries within that range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Competitive salary based on experience and education

Hourly rate of pay: $28.00-$29.50
