Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and compliance
• Partner with client leadership on hiring strategies
• Maintain HRIS and employee records
• Respond to employee questions and assist with benefits coordination
• Help organize team-building and DEI initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• 2+ years of HR experience (preferably generalist role)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiarity with HR software (e.g., BambooHR, Gusto, ADP)
