Manage day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and compliance
Partner with client leadership on hiring strategies
Maintain HRIS and employee records
Respond to employee questions and assist with benefits coordination
Help organize team-building and DEI initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
2+ years of HR experience (preferably generalist role)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Familiarity with HR software (e.g., BambooHR, Gusto, ADP)
