Exxon Mobil Oil Gas is a leading Seismic Company; We provides comprehensive worldwide reservoir imaging, monitoring, and development services, with the most extensive seismic crews and data processing centers in the industry, as well as the world\'s largest multi client seismic library. Exxon Mobil US A services range from 3D and time-lapse (4D) seismic surveys to multi component surveys for delineating prospects and reservoir management.

Responsibilities:

• Manage human resources programs and services in alignment with business goals.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
• Partner with leaders to develop workforce plans and talent development initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Experience in Human Resources management or related field; degree preferred (Masters or PhD as mentioned in the original text).
• Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
