As part of our current growth, we seek a candidate to fill a Human Resources Manager USA role based in Newark, New Jersey (EWR). Reporting to the Human Resources Director, you will oversee all HR functions across our multiple deicing stations in the USA.
This role ensures that HR operations are aligned with:
- Company objectives
- Legal requirements
- Best practices to support the deicing operations
You will manage:
- Recruitment
- Onboarding
- Performance management
- Employee relations
- Compliance
- Training across geographically dispersed locations
Additionally, you will be contributing to employee engagement and development initiatives.
