The opportunity

The Role

The Human Resources Coordinator performs various administrative services to support human resources functions within the facility and follows Corporate HR directives. Responsibilities include recruiting assistance, new employee onboarding and orientation, records maintenance, employee engagement, work authorization verification, offboarding, HRIS data entry, and support of the local HR team. Bilingual (Spanish) skills are required.

The Requirements

• AS or BS Degree in Human Resources Management or related field, or equivalent experience
• 3 to 5 years of experience in HR coordination or generalist functions
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, with competent translation skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Proficiency in MS365, especially Excel
• Experience with digital HRIS systems (e.g., PeopleSoft, SAP SuccessFactors, iCIMS)
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Ability to create a positive employment experience for candidates and employees
• Good vision and hearing to perform job tasks and communication effectively
