The opportunity
This role supports the Human Resources department by maintaining the HRIS system, recordkeeping, reporting, and providing administrative and project support within our Sales, Marketing, and Distribution Team.
The role
- Maintain department data for monthly and quarterly reports, preparing data as needed.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing mailings, employee cards, and maintaining communication systems.
- Manage department supplies, filing, and scanning compliance.
- Coordinate company events and discount programs.
- Handle verifications of employment and facilitate programs like bereavement, service awards, and tuition reimbursement.
- Oversee departmental invoicing and perform other duties as assigned.
The requirements
- High School Diploma with at least 5 years of relevant experience or a University degree.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Oracle.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential data.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to changing priorities.
- Hearing and vision capabilities to interpret instructions and safety warnings.
