What You Will Be Doing

  • Organize and manage new employee orientation, onboarding, and training programs
  • Ensure data input and accuracy in the HRIS system, including new hire information, time-off balances, and payroll data
  • Review outstanding items and missing paperwork and follow up with employees and management (e.g., performance reviews, warnings, and other HR documents)
  • Create and send staff communications including employee events, performance reviews, and separation notices
  • Create office name tags, access badges, and new hire packets for all employees
  • Coordinate and participate in planning of employee events
  • Review invoices for accuracy and process for payment
  • Provide administrative support by disseminating letters, memos, and updates to improve department workflow
  • Maintain HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance with state and federal laws

What We Need From You

  • High School Diploma; office experience is a plus
  • Human Resources-related degree preferred
  • Familiarity with state laws and regulations is a plus
  • Strong clerical skills and PC proficiency with Office 365, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and commitment to quality service while maintaining confidentiality
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor

Estimated salary range for this position: $43,113 – $50,721
