Job Description

Pay Rate: $28/hr the pay rate may differ depending on your skills, education, experience, and other qualifications.

Primary Functions

• Provide administrative support to designated HR area of assignment;

• Support the designated HR area’s specific project needs;

• Access and utilize multiple HR systems such as applicant tracking systems, learning management systems etc;

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and data;

• Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records;

• Upload, maintain and organize the designated HR area’s file system in Documentum;

• Transfer documents and data accurately and efficiently;

• Audit and ensure accurate versions of HR documents in HR systems applicable to the designated HR area are maintained;

• Audit various HR files and ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable policies and guidelines;

• Support updating and editing of documents such as success profiles, policies, procedures and other related items based on feedback from department leaders and team members;

• Connect with and provide customer service to stakeholders related to area of support;

• Maintain the project and staff calendar for the designated HR area; communicate and monitor adherence to deadlines related to projects;

• Utilize Microsoft Excel to create and regularly update spreadsheets;

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Technical requirements

• Working knowledge of all, but not limited to, the following: o General office administration and management principles and practices;

• Familiarity with all, but not limited to, the following: o Human Resources functions and responsibilities; o Human Resources related programs (i.e., Document Management Software (Documentum), Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Learning Management System (LMS), Performance Management); o Public Records requirements; o Related industry, organizational and departmental policies, practices and procedures; legal guideline, ordinances and laws;

• Ability to: o Exhibit strong organizational skills; o Maintain confidentiality of documents, employee data and other HR related information; o Handle any PHI or PII (as applicable) in a confidential and discreet manner; o Use discretion and judgement on requests by stakeholders related to confidential data; o Discern between routine inquiries and inquiries needing escalations; o Be flexible in a changing environment, adjust to multiple and changing priorities; o Exhibit strong customer service skills; o Demonstrate strong communication skills, both verbal and written; o Make arithmetic computations using whole numbers, fractions and decimals, and compute rates, ratios, and percentages; o Use Advanced Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, etc.) and standard office equipment (telephone, computer, copier, etc.).

Experience :

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in an administrative role, HR specific experience preferred;

• Experience using HR related programs (i.e., Document Management Systems (Documentum), Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Learning Management System (LMS), Performance Management) preferred;

• Experience in designated HR support area, preferred

Education:

· High School Diploma or GED; · Minimum of three (3) years of experience in HR functional area; · Experience using HR related programs such as Document Management Systems (electronic document repositories), Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Learning Management System (LMS), Performance Management) (preferred); · Experience in designated HR support area, (preferred);

Provides support for processes and programs specific to the designated Human Resources (HR) area of assignment. This position will work in a team-oriented environment and will provide support to the department through a strong work ethic, sense of commitment and a strong desire to succeed.

Additional Information:

This job consists of constant or very frequent speaking, hearing, reading, writing, typing, sitting, and repetitive motions.

There may be occasional bending, climbing, kneeling, reaching over head, and lifting up to twenty (20) lbs. This job is performed in an office work environment
