Overview
This is a full-time on-site role for a Barista located in Melville, NY. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving coffee and other beverages, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and ensuring quality control in all aspects of beverage and food preparation. Additional tasks include greeting and serving customers, managing transactions, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining equipment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages and maintain quality control in all aspects of beverage and food preparation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Greet and serve customers, take orders, and handle transactions.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues as appropriate.
- Operate and maintain equipment in a café environment.

- Barista and food preparation skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in a similar role is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
