We’re launching a brand-new café at Short Path Distillery and looking for experienced, motivated baristas to join our opening team.We’re currently seeking 2-3 part-time baristas to work 2-4 shifts per week. Interviews and stages will take place August 18-22.We have a tentative softopening dateset forSaturday, September 6and are looking to make hires ASAP within the next few weeks.

This is a unique opportunity to help shape something from the ground up — to work with a passionate, tight-knit team in a space where quality, hospitality, and community come first. We're partnering withGracenote Coffeefor our coffee program andForgefor our food program.

What You’ll Do:

• Craft consistently excellent espresso and coffee beverages in a fast-paced environment
• Provide warm, efficient, and knowledgeable customer service
• Communicate clearly and work collaboratively with your team

What We’re Looking For:

• Familiarity with espresso machines and dialing in
• A sense of urgency without sacrificing quality
• Enthusiastic, reliable, and team-focused

Compensation:$17+/hr + tips

Schedule:Morning and daytime shifts only (we close at 3PM)
