As a Barista at Ivy Cafe, you’ll be at the heart of our customer experience. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Preparing and serving high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages.

- Providing exceptional customer service with a warm and welcoming attitude.

- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including equipment and seating areas.

- Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies.

- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

- 1 year of barista experience or similar experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing role.

- A passion for coffee and a desire to continuously improve your craft.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Reliability, trustworthiness, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
