As a Barista at Ivy Cafe, you’ll play a key role in creating a delightful experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

- Crafting and serving high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages.

- Providing friendly and attentive customer service.

- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

- Operating the cash register and handling transactions accurately.

- Assisting with inventory and restocking supplies as needed.

- Contributing to the positive, welcoming vibe that makes Ivy Cafe special.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

- At least 1 year of barista experience or relevant experience in a similar role.

- A passion for coffee and a desire to continuously learn and improve.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- The ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

- A self-driven, motivated, and trustworthy personality that aligns with our team values.
