Red Horse Market is looking for a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team! If you love crafting quality coffee drinks, providing exceptional customer service, and working in a fast-paced environment, wed love to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso beverages, including espresso, drip coffee, cold brew, and pour-overs.
- Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service to all guests.
- Display, cut, and serve baked goods, pastries, and other treats.
- Stock and restock caf supplies such as milk, cups, pastries, and coffee beans.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bakery teams to ensure fresh, well-stocked displays.
- Grind coffee beans and maintain knowledge of coffee varieties and brewing methods.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary caf space throughout each shift.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking as needed.
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting while upholding company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for hospitality.
- Previous barista experience required.
- Ability to work closing shifts, weekends, and flexible schedules.
- Loves coffee and takes pride in creating quality beverages.
- Has prior experience in a caf, restaurant, or food service environment.
- Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Thrives in a team-oriented environment and is eager to learn.
