Overview

Red Horse Market is looking for a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team! If you love crafting quality coffee drinks, providing exceptional customer service, and working in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso beverages, including espresso, drip coffee, cold brew, and pour-overs.
• Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service to all guests.
• Display, cut, and serve baked goods, pastries, and other treats.
• Stock and restock café supplies such as milk, cups, pastries, and coffee beans.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bakery teams to ensure fresh, well-stocked displays.
• Grind coffee beans and maintain knowledge of coffee varieties and brewing methods.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary café space throughout each shift.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking as needed.
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting while upholding company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.

Requirements

• Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for hospitality.
• Previous barista experience required.
• Ability to work closing shifts, weekends, and flexible schedules.
