As a Barista at GREAT BEAR COFFEE, you’ll be the heart and soul of our café, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile (and a delicious cup of coffee). Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Crafting and serving a variety of coffee and tea beverages with precision and care.
- Providing exceptional customer service by creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the café to ensure a top-notch experience for all.
- Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Handling transactions efficiently and accurately.
What We're Looking ForWe’re seeking a candidate who brings the following to the table:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (bonus points if you’re a coffee enthusiast!).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers and team members.
- A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Trustworthiness and reliability—we count on you to keep things running smoothly!
- A passion for coffee and a desire to learn and grow in the craft.
