Morning Barista at NCG Hospitality – DoubleTree by Hilton Madison East

Starting at $15.00/hour plus tips; experienced candidates may qualify for a higher wage. Flexible availability required on Monday to Friday, Weekends, and Holidays. Open to Morning shifts. 4 months of barista experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests as they arrive for breakfast and prepare/serve beverages such as coffee drinks.
• Take orders from guests, input orders into the Point-of-Sale system, and handle cash.
• Complete opening and closing duties, stock and maintain work areas to be clean, neat, and sanitized.
• Deliver a great customer service experience and contribute to a positive guest experience.

Qualifications & Skills

• Four months of restaurant/server experience (preferred).
• Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated to maintain an excellent customer service reputation.
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Willingness to learn new things, including the latest beverage recipes.
