How do I make an impact on my team? Welcome guests as they arrive for breakfast, preparing and serving beverages such as coffee drinks Take orders from guests, input orders into Point-of-Sale system, and handle cash Complete opening and closing duties, set up, stock, and maintain work areas to be clean, neat, and sanitized Consider yourself a "people person", and enjoy meeting others Understand how to create a great customer service experience Have a focus on quality and take pride in your work Are open to learning new things (especially the latest beverage recipe!) Are comfortable with responsibilities What Success Looks Likes
