The pay rate for this position is based on the projected range of $10 hourly rate plus tips.

Job Summary

As the Elizabeth Street Cafe Barista, you will craft beverages with consistency, provide attentive hospitality, and explain the menu as needed to customers.

Essential Job Functions

• Prepare all menu items to the best of your ability and strive to deliver an excellent product
• Maintain a clean and tidy workspace, following cleaning checklists
• Be a team player and collaborate with other employees
• Be organized, quick-thinking, and able to remain composed under pressure
• Work with all personnel to maintain an efficient service environment
• Welcome guests enthusiastically, monitor tone and body language
• Handle high pressure and multi-task while self-motivating and identifying needs without direction
