Master Barista Job at Aimbridge Hospitality in Dallas

As a Master Barista, you will play a guest services role supporting your hotel's financial goals through the daily operation of Starbucks facilities and/or other Food and Beverage areas. You will prepare and serve beverages and food to ensure the highest quality and service standards, guest satisfaction, and maximize revenues and profitability by providing prompt, courteous service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 months of F&B outlet customer service experience, including cash handling; previous Barista experience preferred.
• Incredibly friendly, customer-centric, with a positive attitude and a smile while interacting with customers.
• Maintain a professional appearance and dress at all times.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare beverages according to standard operating procedures, ensuring proper proportions and ingredients to control costs and provide consistent quality.
• Keep work areas clean and organized to maximize efficiency; set up the bar and back bar as per procedures.
• Respond quickly and courteously to guest requests, following up to ensure satisfaction.
• Perform pre- and post-shift side work, including stocking and making coffee.
