Aimbridge Hospitality is hiring: Starbucks Barista in Houston

As a Barista, you will support your hotel's financial goals through the daily operation of Starbucks facilities and other areas of the Food and Beverage departments. Your responsibilities include preparing and serving beverages and food to ensure high-quality products and service standards, guest satisfaction, and maximizing revenues and profitability by providing prompt and courteous service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 months of F&B outlet customer service experience, including cash handling; previous Barista experience preferred.
• Incredibly friendly, customer-centric, and positive attitude with a smile while interacting with guests.
• Professional appearance and dress at all times.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare beverages according to standard operating procedures, ensuring proper proportions, ingredients, and cost control to provide consistent quality.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas to maximize efficiency; set up the bar and back bar as per established procedures.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests, following up to ensure satisfaction.
• Perform pre- and post-shift side work, including stocking and making coffee.
