Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and take accurate orders
• Prepare specialty coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
• Operate and maintain espresso machines, coffee brewers, and other café equipment
• Handle food preparation including warming pastries, making sandwiches, and plating items as needed
• Process payments accurately using the point-of-sale system
• Maintain cleanliness of the counter area, tables, and equipment throughout shifts
• Stock inventory and alert management when supplies are low
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Provide product information and recommendations to customers
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
