We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania. This role involves serving as a critical link between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure seamless communication and effective solutions. As part of a long-term contract, you will analyze business processes, gather requirements, and contribute to the design and implementation of systems that enhance organizational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
• Act as a liaison between business units and IT teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions to identify system needs and propose effective solutions.
• Create detailed project documentation, including business requirements, functional designs, and user stories.
• Collaborate with developers and QA teams to support the design, development, and testing of system enhancements.
• Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements or new system functionalities.
• Assist in sprint planning within an agile framework, including the creation of acceptance criteria and testing support.
• Coordinate project tasks and ensure timely completion to meet deadlines.
• Conduct user experience analysis to identify areas for system optimization and improved functionality.
• Provide ongoing support for software implementation and enhancement initiatives.
• Manage small project teams and contribute to the overall project success.• Proven experience in business analysis, including requirements gathering and documentation.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in creating business requirement documents and design specifications.
• Ability to analyze and solve complex problems effectively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with tools and methodologies for quality assurance and testing.
• Experience with end-to-end system processes and business process re-engineering.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
